60-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
Our comprehensive 60-hour course is designed to prepare you for the Connecticut real estate salesperson exam and help you obtain your license. This course is your first step toward becoming a licensed real estate professional in Connecticut. Our interactive live virtual course includes readings, class discussions, quizzes, a midterm, and a final exam.

Course Schedule:

Morning: Mon/Wed/Thurs, 9:00 - 12:00 PM

Evening: Mon/Wed/Thurs, 6:00 - 9:00 PM
